A 31-year-old man was shot and killed inside a gated Tacoma apartment complex Monday afternoon.
According to Tacoma police, just after 1:00 p.m., officers responded to the Lakeside Landing Apartments in the 7000 block of South 12th Street regarding a shooting.
Officers arrived and located an adult male who appeared to have suffered a gunshot wound. Officers immediately began life-saving measures.Detectives and crime scene technicians arrived and investigated the case as a homicide. Police didn't immediately release any other details regarding what led up to the shooting and a description of the shooter.A week after the shooting, Tacoma Police announced the arrest of three suspects in the case, including two 17-year-olds.
