In Dallas, CBS 11 found multiple vehicles stuck on the side of roads or on the shoulders of them after losing control on the ice that covers North Central Expressway.
Some of those drivers ventured out only to find stores and restaurants they were heading to closing early, like Dillon Stevens trying to get to a supermarket.
