But for now, the 18-year-old from Independence makes short videos that he posts on his YouTube channel, on Tik-Tok or for the school newspaper, “The Eye.” And he’s gotten pretty darn good at it. They helped him brainstorm ideas and find sources, and then Nathan took it from there. He used a Nikon Z 50 camera borrowed from the school to produce much of the video, but also added some aerial footage that he took using his drone.
