ET confirmed that the 'Selling Sunset' star's husband, Christian Richard, was arrested Tuesday in Los Angeles.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department tells ET, officers from the Hollywood Division responded to the family's residence for a domestic incident. The spokesperson said Christine and her husband, Christian Richard Dumontet, were involved in a domestic dispute when it's alleged he threw a bag containing a glass bottle at her and missed but hit the couple's 2-year-old son causing injury.
ET had learned Christine rode in the ambulance with her son and apparently she applied for a restraining order against Christian to protect her and her son. A source close to Christine calls the situation"devastatingly raw." Christian was arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon. According to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Jail records, Christian was arrested Tuesday at around 2 p.m. and booked nearly four hours later by the Los Angeles Police Department. was first to report the arrest and the details behind it.
