TRAFFICALERT: Sepulveda Boulevard near LAX is closed again after a second water main break in just a week. Drivers headed for the airport can use the 105 Freeway or Century Boulevard.
The northbound lanes of Sepulveda Boulevard remained closed Monday morning due to a water main break in the area.
Drivers were also urged to avoid using the southbound lanes to get to Los Angeles International Airport. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power officials were dispatched to the scene to repair the break. closed the southbound lanes from last Monday morning through Tuesday night. TRAFFIC ALERT: southbound Sepulveda at Century is closing due to a water main issue. Avoid using SB Sepulveda to reach LAX. Go around to Century or use the 105 to Sepulveda north. Also avoid Lincoln to Sepulveda as traffic will be very slow.
