Robb Hanrahan was with CBS21 for about a decade when he had a heart attack that forced him to take a break, ultimately leading to his retirement in 2021.
A celebration to honor the life of former CBS21 anchor Robb Hanrahan has been set for Saturday morning, according to his wife.
Robb Hanrahan spent about a decade working with CBS 21 when a major heart attack forced him to take a break from the station in 2020. Although he returned for a little bit, he ultimately decided to retire in 2021. “You know what I’m proud most of? Doing the everyday work that everyday local journalists do,” Hanrahan said. “I had my shots at network and things like that, but I always felt it was really important that local news continues.”
