The Medina County Sheriff's Office was attempting a traffic stop when the driver of the truck took off. A high-speed chase ensued that ended in a crash that injured several migrants.

According to KENS-5, MCSO said 16 people were inside of the truck and one bailed out. The severity of the injuries is unknown.
