Late Sunday night, in the overnight hours, Southern California will again see rainfall, with big rainfall expected Monday, Tuesday and likely Wednesday morning.
Another storm is making its way to Southern California, and while the system won't pack the same punch as the area's recent record-setting downpours, flood fears are being heightened due to the region's soaked terrain.The first opportunity for rainfall will continue into Sunday morning, but it is expected to be light rain. There will likely not be enough activity with this atmospheric river to bring significant rain Sunday.
One to two inches are expected in Los Angeles and more in the valleys and foothills. A flash flood watch starts Sunday night for parts of L.A., Ventura and Santa Barbara counties until Wednesday morning.Los Angeles and Orange counties can expect a high temperature of 66 degrees on Sunday with some rain in the evening hours.Beaches Sunday will also see rain in the evening hours with a high of 61.
It'll be cool and rainy in mountain areas with a high of 52 during the daytime, dropping to 26 overnight.
