As of about 10 a.m. Sunday, around 25,000 metro Denver customers still were without power. That number had been reduced to around 4,000 as of 9 p.m. Sunday.around noon Sunday that they expected to have most if not all power restored by day’s end. “We expect to have power restored by the end of the day to all customers affected by the spring snowstorm, as long as their home or business does not have damage that would prevent them from accepting service,” the company said in a tweet.
The heavy, wet snow dropped branches and damaged tree lines across Denver, but hit the western and southern suburbs particularly hard.
