In a new twist to the months-long saga of trying to serve Shaquille O’Neal in a shareholders’ lawsuit against failed crypto platform FTX, lawyers for the basketball Hall of Famer say that despite plaintiffs’ attorneys’ claims, he has still not yet been served.

In April, the Moskowitz Law Firm said O’Neal had finally been served outside his home, after allegedly dodging previous attempts for months. In a court filing dated Monday, O’Neal’s attorneys described a bizarre scene, with two plaintiffs’ process servers — neither of whom the attorneys claim is registered in Georgia, where O’Neal’s house was located — blocking the road outside his home.
