Unfortunately for Billy, he doesn’t have much of a choice as Zeus himself sabotages a nearby bus and sends it hurtling for disaster.
Shazam and Superman Have Been On Opposing Sides Before Since the Big Red Cheese’s debut, Shazam and Superman have frequently been pitted against one another whether it’s in terms of power scaling, popularity, and even profitability. However, the one thing the duo have always had in common is a strong sense of morality. Both Billy Batson and Clark Kent are paragons of virtue who will always use their incredible power to save lives no matter the personal cost.
In the public consciousness, Shazam and Superman have been friendly rivals for years, but they ultimately want the same thing. As two of the world’s most powerful heroes, it’s the responsibility of Clark Kent and Billy Batson to help their fellow man, and they both know it.
