And so it took legal action to get the Sheriff's Department to release these records in this video. Why is it so difficult to get them to release videos like this one?I feel like it's a little deliberate on their part. I mean, they had this information. We got this information from them. They had these deposition transcripts. They know what happened with the lawsuit.
