NARA, Japan—Prosecutors on Friday brought murder charges against Tetsuya Yamagami, the suspect in theMr. Yamagami, now 42, shot and killed Mr. Abe at an election campaign rally in the western city of Nara using a homemade gun, according to prosecutors and videos of the event.
