The concept art features Miles Morales running from Spider-Man 2099 after he escaped the Spider Society's HQ, with the two characters going through a dinosaur universe. The universe in question most likely belongs to Spider-Rex, one of the several Spider-Man variants in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, as dinosaur versions of Miles and Gwen Stacy seemed ready to fight each other.
