The details of the charges are unclear, however, the sources confirmed to ABC News that they are related to previous federal charges that Trump pardoned Bannon for that centered around Bannon's fundraising for a "We Build the Wall" campaign where it was alleged Bannon defrauded donors.Bannon, via a spokesperson, issued a statement to ABC News Tuesday, saying, in part, "This is nothing more than a partisan political weaponization of the criminal justice system.
