Shares in Meta, Endeavor, Service Now, Mattel, Whirlpool, Align Technologies, Nvidia, and Arista Networks were all active in out-of-hours trading
Shares of Endeavor Group Holdings Inc. EDR, -1.99% surged 21% after private-equity giant Silver Lake said it was considering a plan to take the sports and entertainment company private, right after Endeavor said it was seeking strategic alternatives for itself as investors are not valuing it correctly.
Arista Networks Inc.‘s stock ANET, -2.31% dropped about 6%, while Nvidia Corp.‘s stock NVDA, -4.31% was down 2%, after Meta came out with a lower capital-spending outlook than analysts had been modeling for next year.
