Streets closed while San Diego police investigate stabbing [Breaking]
San Diego police closed streets in the University Heights area while they investigated a suspected fatal stabbing Saturday afternoon.
Officer Robert Heims said police received a call about the incident on El Cajon Boulevard near Texas Street at 3:47 p.m. Saturday. He said the intersections at Texas and El Cajon, and Meade and Texas would be closed for several hours during the investigation.
