According to police sources, the man suffered non-life-threatening injuries after another man stabbed him on a 6 train in the heart of the transit system just before 9 a.m. Aerial footage from Chopper 2 showed an ambulance taking the man, who is in his 40s, from Grand Central to NYU Langone Medical Center.
It was not immediately clear if there was an argument before the stabbing, but no one else on the train was hurt, police sources said. Chopper 2 is checking out stories and traffic around our area.
