Consistently clear skies and several days of heat above 90 degrees are expected for the region this week.
Forecasters are expecting a week of consistently clear skies and hot temperatures for the Harrisburg region, with temperatures expected to top 90 degrees on Sunday and and again later in the week.
Today’s high of 91 degrees, according to the National Weather Service, will be followed by possible showers and thunderstorms overnight into Monday, with Monday’s high at 82 degrees. After this, skies will clear and temperatures will climb again, with hot, sunny weather projected starting Tuesday and climbing to a high of 94 degrees on Friday, according to the NWS.
