Justices are reviewing Colorado's disqualification of Donald Trump from its state primary ballot because he allegedly engaged in an insurrection.
The U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments in a case Thursday about whether former President Donald Trump can be disqualified from state ballots. The case has profound implications for the 2024 elections. that could upend the presidential election in November.

“We think it creates conditions for great political instability if the court leaves this issue open,” Hasen said. “Republicans, they want to show that they can’t be bought, that the fact that you put them there, and made their lives, took them from someplace where they were doing quite well,” Trump said. “But you know what? They want to go out of their way to be politically correct.”
