The Supreme Court has decided to not intervene with the U.S. Air Force from disciplining a service member after he refused to get the COVID-19 vaccine for religious reasons.
While the court denied his application for an injunction to prevent the Air Force from taking action, Dunn's attorney said they will continue fighting the case.
The Supreme Court has ruled against Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Dunn of the Air Force Reserve, who is challenging the Biden administration after being relieved of duty following his refusal to get the COVID-19 vaccine. However, according to the Pentagon, Dunn was removed for reasons besides his refusal to get vaccinated.
