Surveillance footage showed a woman walking fast down the 2200 block of Couts Avenue, looking behind her as she went up the driveway of a home while on the phone.

Video from the scene showed deputies surrounding a home in the 5000 block of Kinsie Street with guns drawn, and multiple people were seen being taken into custody.
