According to witnesses, several women entered the bar — including the suspect and victim — and went to the women’s restroom.The 35-year-old victim had three gunshot wounds and was shot in the arm and hip by the 39-year-old suspect while in the women’s restroom of the bar, Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said.
