Taco Bell pulls Big Cheez-It Tostada and Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap early due to huge demand
Less than a week after they debuted at a single location in California, Taco Bell has removed the Big Cheez-It Tostada and Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap from its offerings. But there may be a silver lining to this untimely end.with Kellogg's Cheez-It back in late June. The mashup featured a Cheez-It square that was 16 times the original size, topped with seasoned beef, sour cream, diced tomatoes, lettuce and cheddar cheese, all for $2.49.
There was also a Crunchwrap Supreme version, but let's be real: You were going to get the giant Cheez-It. Both versions were being tested at a Taco Bell in Irving, Calif. Despite its lack of widespread availability, the mashup got a lot of attention.
