<p>BOISE — Tammy Daybell's sister, Samantha Gwilliam, said when they were together two weeks before her death they were making plans to live near each other soon.
</p><p>She also said she found it &quot;odd&quot; that Chad Daybell would not want his name on her sister's headstone.
