" The encouragement was the latest in a string of celebrity urgings, with the likes of Lady Gaga and Emily Ratajkowksi using their platforms to champion voluntary isolation. Halting the comforting routines of our everyday tends to feel more impossible than it ought to. But for the time being, be like Meredith and revel in your personal space until it becomes a natural endeavor.
