Taylor Swift's father Scott Swift not charged over alleged assault with Australian photographer on Eras Tour
Taylor Swift’s father, Scott Swift, will not be charged following allegations he assaulted an Australian photographer following a night of celebration with the singer during her Eras Tour in Sydney.
Swift and her father were disembarking from a luxury yacht when Scott allegedly got into a physical altercation with McDonald, 55, at 2.30 a. m. In response to McDonald’s allegations, Swift’s rep said in a statement to Us Weekly, “Two individuals were aggressively pushing their way towards Taylor, grabbing at her security personnel, and threatening to throw a female staff member into the water.”
