Taylor Swift’s guitarist performs national anthem prior to Guardians game vs. Baltimore

Paul Sidoti, fresh off a summer full of dates on Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, rocked the anthem Friday at Progressive Field.

Strongsville's Paul Sidoti, fresh off performing a summer's worth of dates as Taylor Swift's guitarist on the Eras Tour, performs the national anthem prior to Friday's Guardians game at Progressive Field.

During spring training in March, when Swift was kicking off her tour in Arizona, Sidoti hooked Guardians manager Terry Francona up with tickets for his grandchildren. Francona expressed his appreciation for both Sidoti and Swift before Friday’s game. “Love him, love her,” Francona said. “They went to see her. Yeah, they thought it was the greatest thing ever.”
