Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) will lead a multi-million dollar effort to develop the largest tribally-owned Independent Power Producer in Alaska. The project aims to improve energy resiliency and affordability in remote communities by installing solar energy systems and battery storage.
Tanana Chiefs Conference ( TCC ) will lead a multi-million dollar effort to develop the largest tribally-owned Independent Power Producer in Alaska . The project aims to improve energy resiliency and affordability in remote communities by installing solar energy systems and battery storage .
The TCC project has received up to $26 million from the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Improvement in Rural or Remote Areas program.
