A 19-year-old male and two females, ages 18 and 43, were wounded in the shooting Saturday, Akron police say.
AKRON, Ohio — A 17-year-old girl is in police custody after a shooting Saturday in the Northwest Akron neighborhood wounded three people, with a 19-year-old male hospitalized in critical condition.
Investigators say the teen suspect was in a verbal fight with the victims in a rear parking lot when she pulled out a handgun and began firing. The 19-year-old male returned fire, police say.
