A teenager will spend 10 years incarcerated for his part in the arson of a Green Valley Ranch home that killed five members of a Senegalese family, including a toddler and a baby. He pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in December — the only one of the three teen suspects to plead guilty toSiebert was 14 at the time of the fire and originally was charged as a juvenile with 47 criminal counts, including first-degree murder, attempted murder, first- and second-degree assault, first- and fourth-degree arson, and first and second-degree burglary.
