Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is expected back in court on Tuesday, as his criminal securities fraud trial looms and the window closes for prosecutors and defense attorneys to resolve the case outside of court. In one of the longest-running cases in Texas history, Paxton is set to go to trial on April 15 — nearly nine years after he was charged.
