In a hearing on Monday morning, Jack reacted with outrage at questions from the state over the monitors’ fees. She said all the state’s complaints have been ruled on previously, and this one is a waste of time. Paul Yetter, the lawyer for the children in the case, said the state asking for"granulated, excessive detail about every conversation" with the monitors is wasteful, and ultimately led to higher costs to taxpayers.
