The Longhorns are now set to play the Wolverines at Michigan Stadium on Sept. 7, 2024. UM will make its return visit to Royal-Memorial Stadium on Sept. 11, 2027. The decision to flip the locations was driven by Texas’ grant of rights agreement with FOX. In order for Texas and Oklahoma to break their agreement and enter the SEC next summer, FOX wanted to assure it would have broadcast rights to the first Longhorns-Wolverines matchup. Now, it will.
