Single-use, single service eating utensils stored with the lip-contact/food contact surfaces exposed and being dispensed by waitstaff by said surfaces.Compartment of the sink, holding sanitation solution, had the water at room temperature and, when tested, did not show/measure any sanitation solution within it.
Food service employee, charged with producing/making tortillas, not wearing single use gloves when handling cooked/prepared rte food items. Several food containers, holding cooked prepared foods, inside the walk-in refrigerator, were without any date marking labels.Non-food related equipment, including a fan, being stored inside the bowl of the hand sink.No employee had not could produce a food handler certification at the time of the inspection.All shelving used for storage and holding of single use food containers were found with accumulations of food debris.
