The nation’s oldest Muslim convention takes place at the state Farm Show complex this weekend.
event began this Friday, marking it’s 73rd celebration of the nation’s oldest Muslim convention.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community has held the “Jalsa Salana” event for over 72 years across the United States with a purpose to renew their commitment to peace and to advancing human rights around the world. In addition to self reflection and prayer, activities are set up throughout the complex.
