The first award of the night, Best Supporting Actor, marked the final victory of this awards season for, who has brightened every ceremony that’s recognized him with charming, irreverent speeches. “They told me I only have 45 seconds up here, which is 45 seconds more than the Senate gave John Bolton this week,” he began.
