Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor and knees bent. As you inhale, lift your right leg and, with your left hand, grab your right foot and gently place it on top of your left knee. You can stay here or clasp your hands behind your knee for a deeper stretch. Start by sitting; place the soles of your feet together as you bend your knees. You can stretch as deep as you like—just make sure it feels comfortable. If you want more of a stretch, gently press your hands into your thighs or knees. Of course, if anything starts to feel painful, stop right away.
