Per 247Sports’ composite rankings, Hiter is the No. 29 overall player and the No. 1 running back in the 2026 recruiting class. Last season, Hiter ran for 1,187 yards and 11 touchdowns on 150 carries while catching five passes for 91 yards.Friday night lights are officially back in the Buckeye State. Eight in-state Ohio State commits are expected to kick off their seasons beginning at 7 p.m., each hoping for a glorious end to their prep careers before migrating to Columbus for college.
