Set in a world where witches and humans live harmoniously, it centers on Adonis, who seeks vengeance against the King of the Redia Empire for the murder of his mentor, Chloe. Season 1 is based on the Japanese manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Yoruhashi.
Adonis, a human, has been raised by Chloe, a witch, who has also taught him her craft. However, as science outdoes magic, the Redia Empire declares witches obsolete and, in turn, kills Chloe. This forces Adonis to exact revenge on the empire. The anime series premiered on October 7, 2023.
