Balmain Hair, Lancer Skincare and Astral Brands have appointed new CEOs, while Nest New York has tapped Shiseido and Coty alums to supercharge growth.

Eline de Knoop has replaced Steward Guliker as chief executive officer of Balmain Hair. Guliker, the son of Balmain Hair founder Dick Guliker, will retains his position as board chairman. Before entering her new role, Knoop served as international marketing director at the company for 13 years.by Imagination as chief financial officer. He most recently held the role at Olaplex and, before that, at Becca Cosmetics and Carol’s Daughter.
