is a bacteria that can cause food poisoning, with symptoms that include diarrhea , nausea, and vomiting. But as the FDA notes, in rare but serious cases,"infection withcan result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections , endocarditis and arthritis."After the initial Jif recall posted, an array of additional product recalls followed suit, as these products also contain some of the potentially tainted peanut butter.
