While Danny Coyle’s most notable customer group might come through the doors wearing navy blue and lime green, in reality, the bar is open to fans of any team. Many Los Angeles Chargers fans regularly show up to watch their team on the back area projector screen after a local fan also simply asked to turn on the Chargers game one day. If Coyle is working the bar during a Chargers game, he will play the team’s fight song over the speakers.
Brian Coyle, owner of Danny Coyles, points out some LA Chargers fan collage photo and gear in the bar. “If we lose, that was expected,” Fife said. “If the Niners lose, it’ll be such a disappointment for their fans.”
