This $6.7-million Arkansas mansion has its own 1.2-mile race track.
1691 S Dead Horse Mountain Road is a 393-acre property that sits nestled on the outskirts of Fayetteville, a town near the border between Arkansas and Oklahoma. Surrounding the gigantic 7764 square-foot home is a 1.2-mile paved asphalt race track that features three big right-hand sweepers, switchbacks, and a couple of hairpins. The layout reminds us a lot of Lime Rock Park.
The five-bedroom, six-bath house, which sits on the back straight, is stuffed with amenities like a gym, a theater, a bar, and a massive kitchen. At the end of said straight is a pull-out road that leads to a gigantic storage facility, complete with two-post lifts and enough space to store as many race cars, trailers, and RVs as your heart desires. There's also a fully separate guest house.
