(It isn’t the only new eatery in town to do this; The restaurant is owned by Hercules residents Maxine Luong and husband Anthony Luc, who are building on Luc’s family’s legacy, offering authentic Vietnamese food to the community. Located in the former Anh’s Kitchen, the restaurant offers starters like spring rolls, beef carpaccio, papaya shrimp mango salad and fried fish cakes and chicken wings, plus a selection of pho options including brisket, oxtail, chicken, seafood and vegetable. Rice and vermicelli plates and banh mi sandwiches are also available, along with boba beverages and sodas.
