Tim Hortons is the third-largest coffee shop in the country after Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts, with more than 3,700 locations globally with about 600 locations in the U.S. Founded in 1964 by professional hockey player Tim Horton, the chain offers coffee, donuts and all-day breakfast options. Most of its locations are in the northern part of the country, with the brand’s current southernmost location is in Kentucky.
