It's a stressful time of year for high school students, but a new course at a Waukegan high school aims to help.
Students like Nicole Parra at Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep in Waukegan said they deserve a break. Counselor Christina Dippold gives it to them every Tuesday. A recent report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows 57% of teen girls in the U.S. felt"persistently sad or hopeless" in 2021.
