As is customary when the Diamondbacks return from a road trip, the first day back is chock full of injury updates from the manager Torey Lovullo. The media is constantly seeking to nail down timelines during these updates.
"It's tough....you guys choke me with that every once in a while.... I get it. I try to be vague in that space about where and when it will finally happen. And that's what you guys are supposed to do. I have no problem with that. I think we're coming from the same place." "I just think we're being ultra conservative," Lovullo said.
