Former President Donald Trump has called for former Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney to be put in jail, along with the rest of the Jan. 6 Committee.
This is the latest chapter in the long-running feud between Trump and the former representative, with Cheney helping lead the investigations into Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election and Trump subsequently working to unseat her from theOn Sunday, the former president shared an article that alleged the Jan. 6 panel “withheld crucial evidence” by not releasing testimony from a Secret Service driver who drove Trump on Jan. 6, 2021.

The committee was led by Democrats, including Senate hopeful Rep. Adam Schiff , which led many pro-Trump Republicans to condemn Cheney. She would go on to lose her reelection effort to now-Rep. Harriet Hageman .
