CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — Two suspects have been arrested following a reported shots fired incident in Cumberland County., the incident was reported on Monday, April 8 at 3:40 p.m. in the area of Stella Street in Wormleysburg Borough.

Powell is charged with felony counts of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, illegal possession of a firearm, and receiving stolen property and misdemeanor counts of recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief. Police say Powell fired at least 10 shots into the victim's vehicle after Moss, who was driving the suspects' car, stopped at a red light and began verbally berating the victim.Police found the suspects inside the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop before taking them into custody. Investigators recovered a handgun inside the vehicle that was reported stolen out of Georgia, according to police.
